Brian Close Transport was started on 6th June 2008 by owner Brian Close with the purchase of a single lorry which was contracted to work for DFDS. In Autumn 2009 further work was undertaken from Maxi Haulage and as a result another lorry was purchased in early 2010. Continued expansion and exploration of more haulage options both in NI and in GB meant that 6 new units were purchased between 2013 and 2014 with a further 2 arriving in 2015 including a brand new Scania 580.
Now boasting over 15 employees, we are conveniently located in Enkalon Industrial Estate, Antrim almost equidistant from the ports of Belfast and Larne.
Our large warehouse provides customers with storage options for their products and we also have an in-house workshop and paint spraying facilities.
